Course Explanation
All Lesson is designed logically
Obtain 70% to pass in 13 Modules
- The Okanagan TESOL course consists of 13 modules, including video classes, lectures, notes and materials.
- Students must take an assessment test consisting of 20 questions after each module and obtain a minimum grade of 70% to pass and move onto the next module.
- Students will have a maximum of three tries in A, B and C types to pass the assessments at the end of each module. Only one of the three test opportunities per lesson is passed when the passing standard score (70% or more) is reached.
- If a student fails all three attempted assessments, their account will be terminated. After failing a module, a student must re-register at a cost of $100.00 to obtain a new ID.
- The TESOL course structure is designed to take lessons in order.
- After completing Lesson 12, students must take final exam consist of 50 questions hand written. To pass, obtain a minimum grade of 70%.
- Unlimited recurring courses before assessment.
Graduation
You must complete all courses in 6 months, take score of 70% for each lesson.
Early completion is possible depending on the student's abilities, but graduation is not possible within 2 months.
Students who successfully complete the Common and Electives courses will be awarded alumni status by being issued a Tesol certificate, a transcript, and a 180-hour certificate with Okanagan College president and department head signatures.
